Banana Republic is planning to open stores in many new countries in the next few years. Working with AKQA in San Francisco, I art directed and designed the site for its international markets. The challenge was to find a system that worked not only for Banana Republic but also for Gap and Old Navy so that code and resources could be shared across the two sites in many different languages.
